Alliance Consulting said it has acquired Fusion Technologies, an IT consultancy headquartered in New Jersey with operations in Hyderabad and Bangalore, India. Fusion is reportedly operating at a $15 million revenue run rate and employs over 250 people globally. Fusion's executive management team, led by CEO Rich Napoli, formerly a Divisional CTO of State Street Corporation, COO Charles Gerth and CTO David Rader, will join Alliance's senior management team, along with all of Fusion's key principals and employees. The acquisition will double Alliance's capacity in Hyderabad and add a Development Center in Bangalore.
