Towers Perrin has acquired the business of Risk Capital Management Partners LLC.
Risk Capital, an independent consulting firm based in New York City, provides financial risk management services to companies in the financial services, energy, utilities and mining industries. Risk Capital's consultants will expand the capabilities of Towers Perrin's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) practice, led by Prakash Shimpi. David Shimko and Brett Humphreys, Risk Capital's co-founders, will join the ERM leadership team.
