Adroit Consulting Hires Kathleen Johnson

(May 15, 2006) — Chicago,IL – Kathleen (Kathy) Johnson (47) has joined Adroit Consulting, Inc. A veteran of systems implementation and program management, Johnson will expand Adroit Consulting's Program Management Office (PMO) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Optimization expertise. Johnson's experience includes a blend of private industry, government contracting, and consulting roles. She has helped global companies realize operational efficiencies through the successful implementation of digital strategies including integrating eCommerce applications with SAP and JD Edwards; applying CRM technologies and processes for profitable top line sales growth, establishing multi-lingual Intranets with employee and manager self-service, and creating page one search engine results for marketing websites. Johnson is currently managing the Program Office for a global systems implementation at a leading Life Sciences Company. The project includes CRM, call centers, web self-service, a data warehouse, and ERP modules. Prior to joining Adroit Consulting, Johnson was the Director of eServices at Tuthill Corporation in Burr Ridge, IL and IDEX Corporation in Northbrook, IL, where she implemented web stores with ERP integration, CRM, and web configurators for engineered-to-order products. She was the Electronic Commerce Technologies practice leader for Whittman-Hart, and spent eight years in IT architecture and advanced systems planning on the B-2 Stealth Bomber at Northrop Grumman Corporation in Los Angeles, CA.
