Buck Consultants has hired Robin McCasland and Jodie Brunsting as directors. McCasland has joined the the Dallas office of Buck Consultants as a Director in the Communication Consulting practice. McCasland joins Buck from PartnerComm, Inc., where she served as Senior Communication Consultant. She previously served with Texas Instruments. McCasland has 20 years of communication experience, with expertise in
strategic planning, change and talent management, HR and benefit information delivery, employee training, and employee event planning. McCasland received her bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards from the International Association of Business Communicators, including the Dallas chapter Communicator of the Year award. She is an accomplished speaker on communication issues, and authored an article in American Compensation Journal on workplace culture. Brunsting has joined the firm as Director in the National Pharmacy Consulting Practice. Brunsting most recently served as Director of Pharmacy Services with Sierra Health Services, Inc. Her expertise includes clinical pharmacy management, claims management, benefit design, utilization data analysis, and cost
containment and quality improvement strategies. Brunsting earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Idaho State University and completed a pharmacy practice residency at Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM. She is a member of the Nevada, Texas, and New Mexico State Boards of Pharmacy. She is also a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy. Brunsting has been a frequent speaker on pharmacy issues.
