John Madej has been named division president for civilian agencies at Robbins-Gioia. Madej moves into this role from his previous position of account executive, civilian agencies. As division president, Madej will oversee all Robbins-Gioia engagements with federal civilian agencies, state agencies, Canada, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He will continue to manage development and execution of the division's strategic and business plans.

Since Madej joined Robbins-Gioia in 1982, he has served in positions of increasing responsibility, providing enterprise-wide solutions in portfolio, program, and project management to Robbins-Gioia customers. A published author on PM, Madej was chosen as a judge for the 2005 Federal Computer Week-sponsored competition to select five top-performing federal program managers for their work in turning around major troubled federal programs.
