Mercer Investment Consulting has hired
Craig Metrick as a consultant dedicated to its Responsible Investing
practice. Metrick is based in the US, but will spend his initial months in
Toronto, where Mercer's global RI team is headquartered.
Metrick joins Mercer IC from Institutional Shareholder Services, a
global provider of proxy voting and corporate governance services. As the
director of operations for social and environmental research, he headed
the organization's Investor Responsibility Research Center, Inc.
He guided research and product development, and engaged with investors,
issuers, and other stakeholders on issues of socially responsible
investing and corporate responsibility. Metrick has more than six years of RI experience in the US, with
additional experience in corporate social responsibility. At Mercer IC,
he will work with clients to develop individual RI strategies, undertake
investment manager research, and develop new products and services.

Resource Consulting LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercer Inc., a
wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. It offers
