Bill Ziegler Joins Deloitte Services LP to Lead Talent Acquisition

Deloitte & Touche USA LLP announced today that Bill Ziegler has joined Deloitte Services LP as National Talent Acquisition Leader of the Human Resources group. In this role, Ziegler will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy that recognizes the characteristics and direction of the labor market and the factors that influence it, optimizing the organization's use of the key markets that provide talent, and ultimately driving excellence in the talent acquisition program. Ziegler joins Deloitte Services from Accenture, where, as Global Sourcing Leader, he was responsible for overseeing the strategy and operations for all company hires. He also managed Accenture's ongoing operational effectiveness program and supervised recruiting teams on five continents. Ziegler is a member of, and has served on, the Board of Governors for the National Association of Colleges and Employers, and is currently serving as board vice chair, National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He is also a member of, and has served on, the Board of Trustees for the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employees. Ziegler holds a BA from George Washington University and an MBA from Boston College.
