Clark Benson's distributor structure will offer its partners two business models: an acquisition and an affiliate model. Under the acquisition model, Clark Benson will purchase 100% of an independent life insurance, employee benefits or financial planning firm, while retaining those firms' principals as employees. Clark Benson affiliate firms and their principals will remain independent, allowing them to benefit from their local brand and reputation, while adding the strength of a national brand and its proprietary products and support.
