Buck Consultants Hires Two Senior Consultants

(Jan. 18, 2006) — Susan Richards has joined Buck Consultants' Atlanta office as a Principal in the Human Resource Management consulting practice, while Edward Hauder has joined the firm's Chicago office as a Principal in the Compensation consulting practice. Richards most recently served with Deloitte Consulting as Senior Manager for Human Resources Operations and Technology. Previously she was a Consultant with IBM Global Services. Richards has nearly 15 years of consulting and HR management experience. Her expertise includes operations management, information technology, HR strategy and planning, solution design, and business development. Hauder most recently served with Hewitt Associates as Design Consultant in its Center for Technical Expertise. Prior to that, he was with Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC and other law firms in Chicago. An attorney, Hauder has more than ten years of consulting and legal experience. His expertise includes executive pay, equity and cash compensation plans, employment law, employee benefits, and proxy and institutional shareholder issues, including Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) modeling.
