Nexera Consulting Signs Agreement with Columbia-St. Mary's

Nexera, Inc., has signed an agreement with Columbia-St. Mary's, a facility teaching hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The agreement features contracts for two different areas. Under the first contract, Nexera Consulting will conduct an assessment of central sterile supply on all three campuses, as it relates to operating room materials management and instrument reprocessing for a period of 90 days. The project will focus on improving processes and identifying system or industry best practices to implement throughout. In addition, as part of Columbia-St. Mary's building plans for a new hospital campus, Nexera Consulting will advise in the design of the new central sterile area. Under the second contract, Nexera Consulting will offer interim management services, managing the central sterile departments at the three Columbia-St. Mary's facilities for a minimum of six months.
