Three Questions for A.T. Kearney's Sid Abrams

CM: How have you enhanced your approach to recruiting talent?
Abrams: We're changing the mix between industry hires versus off-campus hires, for two reasons. One is that it allows us to bring on a bit more experienced folks into the mix. Clients are demanding more experience sooner. The second reason it allows us to modulate kind of when they come on, because you're not stuck to the campus regulation cycle as much.
We're also reevaluating our campus strategy. We're trying to do a better job of matching the skills that we're looking for in operations and technology with what the schools' capabilities are, and then figuring out how to get them matched up.
