Received invite to visit John Bonanza next month at his wacka-wacka monastery in California. Must admit to curiosity as to whether the monks have reprogrammed Bonanza or, more scarily, JB is masterminding a nationwide roll-up of monks.
Major push on this week for two simultaneous Du Rite presentations, plus three beauty contests at old Pecker Sisters clients. Bid good-bye to family and stocked up on bottled water and pretzels. Going to be a good old-fashioned grind of a week. It's a bad sign when I'm writing this diary in Theo's room while (ostensibly) reading him Cat in the Hat stories. Theo saw me packing my carry-on bag this evening and asked his mother, "When can we go to see Daddy's house?"
Friday
So that's where it was hiding. Just found my priceless diary in Theo's room, next to his crayons. Maybe we can sign this kid up for Armadillo's summer program! Oh, just forgot, we canceled our summer program this year.
