HKA has announced that two of its partners have been appointed to external board positions, placing them in advisory roles within the energy and federal law enforcement sectors. Partner Adam Winegard is joining the Energy Industries Council’s (EIC) Regional Advisory Board for North and Central America, and Jon Scherr has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation (FEHSF).

Winegard’s appointment places him on an advisory board for the EIC, a trade association representing over 800 companies in the global energy supply chain. The board provides non-binding strategic guidance for the region. At HKA, Winegard supports the firm's business development in the energy and oil and gas sectors.
