BRG has announced the addition of Mason Pan as a managing director in the firm’s Disputes and Investigations practice, based in Washington, DC. He brings nearly two decades of experience advising multinational corporations and their legal counsel on high-stakes matters, ranging from government investigations and complex commercial disputes to global corporate compliance monitorships and enterprise-wide risk reviews. He is known for applying advanced data analytics and innovative technologies to uncover facts, assess risk and accelerate resolution.
