West Monroe, a global business and technology consulting firm, has announced that Gil Mermelstein has been named the company's next Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025. Kevin McCarty, Co-Founder and current Chairman & CEO, will become Executive Chairman of West Monroe.
The appointment marks a significant milestone in West Monroe's 23-year history, as Mermelstein, a 15-year veteran of the firm and currently the company president, becomes only the third CEO since the firm's founding.
