Leading engineering, environment and professional services consultancy WSP has named Shalonda A. Baldwin as Transportation business line leader for northern California and Jermaine Huell as diversity transformation lead for the Northeast district.
Baldwin, a former national Infrastructure Policy Committee member brings deep understanding of the issues facing clients and leadership experience to achieve solutions centered on people and technical excellence. Huell, an accomplished diversity and equity expert will facilitate partnerships with minority, women and disadvantaged business enterprises and collaborate throughout a seven-state region.
