Accenture Completes Acquisition of Einr AS

Completion of acquisition expands SAP supply chain and logistics capabilities in the Nordics

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has completed its acquisition of Einr AS, a business consulting company specialized in high volume logistics solutions using SAP® technologies to optimize the flow of products from manufacturers to consumers, headquartered in Oslo, Norway. The acquisition further enhances Accenture’s SAP capabilities, helping it to accelerate supply chain reinvention for organizations within the retail and consumer electronics industries. Financial terms of the transaction, previously announced April 28, 2023, were not disclosed.
