Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm and a business of Marsh McLennan [NYSE: MMC], announced Apr 5 that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Booz Allen Hamilton’s [NYSE: BAH] management consulting business serving the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
