Over the last thirteen years, Consulting magazine has set out to measure the impact of women on the consulting profession. We know women make up about a quarter of the profession, but it's impossible to quantify their collective impact. Women continue to make a profound difference to both their clients and their firms. To recognize their achievements, we brought the profession together last month in New York to honor this year's recipients. Some 200 industry leaders, executives, colleagues, clients and family members attended the 13th annual Women Leaders in Consulting Gala. EY's Lisa Caldwell was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award. Consulting congratulates all the winners and is proud to recognize them and their firms for their outstanding efforts.
