Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Alexandria, Va., PotomacWave is a woman-owned government contractor/consultancy specializing in program management, intelligence analysis and operations, technology, engineering and logistics, and financial management. PotomacWave just celebrated its 10-Year anniversary in October and throughout the company's history the firm has consistently been part of its greater communities. "Our consultants founded the PotomacWave Outreach Program—POP—with a mission to engage our workforce to promote impactful and sustainable benefits to our community through service, mentorship and collaboration with other charities and nonprofits," says President CarrieAnne Boak. Boak sat down to discuss the firm's performance.
