Deloitte announced that Carol Larson, audit partner, has been appointed to the newly created role of Champion for Women Executives in Finance for the CFO Program.
In this role, Larson will support and engage with women executives in finance and C-suites of some of Deloitte’s largest clients; will contribute perspectives and insights through various thought leadership vehicles; and will contribute to the spectrum of offerings across the CFO Program, including mentorship and development of next generation women CFOs and championing the advancement of women CFOs and women finance executives through events like CFO Vision™, CFO Transition Lab™ sessions and CFO Forums.
As Champion for Women Executives in Finance, Larsonl will harness the power of Deloitte’s leadership and capabilities for the benefit of some of Deloitte’s largest clients. She has 37 years of experience in the financial services industry serving large, complex clients, including both U.S. and global leadership roles in audit, financial services and central banking. She has been a Deloitte partner since 1989.
