Sapient Government Services
Excellence in Client Service
Over the years, Anja Holovac says she’s had the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a diverse group of clients in health, ranging from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to the National Institutes of Health Office of the CIO.
“Through these experiences, I’ve honed the skill of bringing order to chaotic situations,” she says. Holovac says her success, so far, is a result of the flexibility to try different things. “I am happiest when I have multiple projects going on at the same time,” she says. “Taking advantage of this flexibility, I have supported many different clients and internal needs with vastly different problems.”
Holovac, a Senior Manager, Program Management, Sapient says the variety of work over her nine years at Sapient has allowed her to use and build different skills and continuously challenged her to come up with unique solutions. “Sapient has been a great place for me because I’ve had the freedom to explore my interests,” Holovac says. “This is what keeps me engaged in helping our clients not just succeed on their specific projects, but also advance the overall mission of their agencies.”
In consulting, the only constant is change, she says. “Every project, every client, every situation is different. Just when I think I’ve figured it out, the industry shifts and I am facing a brand new challenge,” Holovac says. “I feel like I’m on the front lines of the problems my clients face.”
Being selected for this award is an incredibly humbling experience, she says. “It reinforces the impact of good consulting and further solidifies the positive effects of collaborative partnerships with our clients to solve the most pressing problems.”
