Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to you exceptional growth?

Our unique approach—Trindent is methodical, specific and practical to every business challenge. We offer free assessment of very complex business problems. Our solutions typically don’t need capital expenditures. We guarantee a one-to-one return on investments so clients have no downside risk. We embed ourselves amongst clients’ front-line managers and employees to help them implement. We don’t leave without ensuring clients are able to sustain results. Our people solve very complex business problems. Our people are front and center in making that happen. We employ the brightest, most experienced talents. Our culture is supportive and collaborative.
Consulting: How is 2015 shaping up for your firm?
Travis: 2015 has been another successful year. We’ve surpassed our targets in our 3 market sectors: Oil & Gas, Financial Services and Healthcare. We are growing our footprints in Asia. We are clearer than ever that our vision is to be the consulting firm of choice for very complex business problems.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm’s outlook for 2016? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Travis: We will continue building on the firm infrastructure – all functional processes from business development, operations, finance, marketing to HR. We will continue developing talents, acquiring new clients and servicing our existing clients. We’ve grown to the stage we need to build our brand. We’ve seen opportunities in all 3 sectors, in both North America and Asia.
Consulting: What do you see as the biggest challenges in 2016?
Travis: The biggest challenges lie in how to scale a business fast. We’ve been able to meet demands and deliver high quality work. Our clients have total trust in us. We don’t sacrifice quality for quantity. The challenges to scale a business include: Clients—maintain quality; People—recruit and retain talents. We’ve identified our focus areas in brand, development, culture and leadership for the next 5 years.
