Bender: For us, it is the government regulation the pharmaceutical market, as well as international growth and expansion. The additions of new products to our business and the expansion of our technology offering are also getting a lot of traction. As a consulting firm, you need to have developed roots in technology in order to survive in this market.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm’s outlook for 2016? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Bender: Very good with more than 30 percent growth forecasted. And like I said, most opportunities are international.
Consulting: What do you see as the biggest challenges for your firm in 2016?
Bender: Our challenges include access to people and qualified staff to grow and scale the business, as well as access to capital to grow the business, and capitalize on the growth opportunities.
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting’s Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Bender: For our firm, it’s recognition that we are doing something right, and that our clients are recognizing us. For our employees, we would not have been able to grow without our employees. They provide us with the intellectual capital, and creative ideas that we need to grow, develop our service offering and be number one in the market. For them it’s recognition that they are doing their job well. Finally, for our clients, it means they are partnering with a firm that is successful, and for them it’s recognition that they are betting on the right horse.
