Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your exceptional growth rate between the years 2011 and 2014?
Shan: The main factors for our success included the acquisition of new clients; working on a large number of opportunities with a dedicated team for each client; meeting the clients’ expectations with quality delivery; and, implementing effective strategies for customer satisfaction.
Consulting: How is 2015 shaping up for your firm?
Shan: 2015 is progressive.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm’s outlook for 2016? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Shan: The firm will be focused on the following key areas in 2016: Focusing more on IT Solutions; acquiring more financial clients; and, extending our services for our existing/new clients through RPO model.
Consulting: What do you see as the biggest challenges for your firm in 2016?
Shan: I think the biggest challenges are in employee retention and competitive client bill rates.
