Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your exceptional growth?
Albrecht: Three key factors were important in Bridge’s growth trajectory over the past three years. One, excellence in client delivery and laser focus client satisfaction; A leadership and sales model that puts authority and autonomy in the hands of our leaders across our offices; A practice strategy based on our core areas of expertise supported by robust go to market plans.
Consulting: How is 2015 shaping up for your firm?
Albrecht: 2015 has been another year of growth for Bridge Partners. We’ll land the year with great growth, great new clients, and successful business nationally.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm’s outlook for 2016? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Albrecht: The outlook for 2016 is very strong. Our opportunities are in geographic expansion across the USA and in continued definition of robust practice go-to-markets.
Consulting: What do you see as the biggest challenges for your firm in 2016?
