Consulting caught up with 4i Inc.’s Colin Hare, a Senior Vice President, Eugene Roytburg, a Managing Partner and Lana Klein, a Partner to discuss the firm’s performance and growth.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to you exceptional growth?

Consulting: How is 2015 shaping up for your firm?
Klein: Continued double-digit growth for the firm, have hired analytics, consulting and technology talent and will continue to do so moving forward.
Consulting: How would you describe your outlook for 2016? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Roytburg: Very Positive, we will continue to maintain our client base and build on it with an increased focus on marketing efforts. There are significant opportunities expanding outside of CPG (core competency) and moving to Healthcare and Financial Services.
Hare: Very promising. We are in growth mode and are always looking for new ways to create value. As the ‘founders’ of Foresight Analytics, we see the future as bright.
Consulting: What do you see as the biggest challenges in 2016?
Klein: Recruiting the best talent has and will be a challenge as firms are continuously competing for top talent; experts with a mix of analytics, consulting and insight expertise are hard to find.
