Healthcare IT and strategy firm Impact Advisors is, once again, back as one of Consulting’s Best Small Firms to Work For, cutting its 2014 ranking in half—moving up from No. 12 to No. 6.

Being one of the Best Small Firms to Work For helps confirm that Impact Advisors continues to build a “best-in-industry” culture focused on providing associates with outstanding career opportunities and challenging client initiatives, says Andy Smith, President of Impact Advisors.

“We strive to hire and retain the absolute best to ensure we are always delivering exceptional quality to our clients, and the Best Small Firms designation assists us in attracting the best and the brightest to our organization,” Smith says. “Our leadership team is humbled and incredibly proud.”

On the survey, the firm excelled in the areas of Client Engagement and Career Development, two areas, Smith says, that continue to be priorities at the firm.

“In terms of Client Engagement, our constant goal is to bring our mission statement to life and to consistently ‘Create a positive Impact’ for our clients,” he says. “Our associates delight in serving our clients, solving complex healthcare challenges that ultimately positively impact the patients and communities they serve.”

Over the next 12 months, Smith says Impact will continue to develop its emerging delivery capability. Specifically, its revenue cycle and clinical consulting service offering. “We will continue to invest is growing these segments of our business through recruiting talented and experienced leaders and professionals.”
