Chuck Ritter Perennial powerhouse Point B always seems to find itself ranked in the Top 5, but this year it takes two giant steps up our Best Firms to Work For ranking from No. 4 last year to No. 2.

The firm recently completed its transition to 100 percent employee-ownership, a move that Chuck Ritter, President, Point B Management Consulting, says confirms what employees have always known about the firm: "Point B has always existed for the benefit of our people, and now that we are 100 percent employee-owned, this is quite literally true," he says. "We completed our transition to employee-ownership in 2014 and, while we've always had an ownership culture, this milestone has both deepened and extended that thinking."
