Even more impressive, the firm continues to maintain its high rankings—the firm has never been lower than No. 7—despite significant growth. In 2012, its first year as a Best Firm to Work For, the firm was just 335 billable consultants. Today, it's 425—a 27 percent staffing increase in less than two years.
