Lifetime Achievement Award

Julie Howard
Chairman & CEO

A results-oriented strategist with over 25 years of professional services experience, Julie Howard, Chairman CEO, is at the helm of Navigant’s approach to growth. She leads a network of nearly 3,000 employees and offices in more than 50 cities in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Her strategic visioning, business acumen and effective resource allocation have contributed to unprecedented firm growth. Early in her tenure as CEO, she created and articulated Navigant’s strategic framework for sustainable growth: “Perform, Bank & Innovate,” which provides an operating framework for decisions and employee actions. And, under her leadership, the Firm has realigned its business segments to enhance its go-to market and solutions approach, driving more collaboration in the firm and cross-practice client solutions. Recently named a “Woman of Achievement” by the Anti-Defamation League, Howard also champions women’s leadership development for both clients and employees. Prior to becoming Chairman in 2014 and CEO in 2012, she served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Navigant.

Donna Campbell

Donna Campbell has been leading consulting operations for many years, and she was the first direct-admit partner into EY’s emerging Advisory practice charged with building the Performance Improvement business for EY. Starting from scratch, she was responsible for such things as methodology build, service line build, building market message and go-to-market approach, hiring over 175 partners and building a team of over 2,000 consultants—moving from $35 million in revenue in the first year to over $1 billion. In addition, Campbell is also a champion of diversity and women’s initiatives, both within EY and externally. She is currently leading Advisory for one of EY’s largest global accounts, General Electric Company, responsible for working with GE Senior Executives to understand business issues and to provide relevant services to them.

Shaheen Dil
Managing Director
Shaheen Dil is a Managing Director with Protiviti, responsible for the model risk and capital management practices. Dil has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of domestic and international risk management, enterprise-wide risk governance and reporting, risk modeling and model validation, credit approvals and credit portfolio management. Prior to joining Protiviti, Dil was an executive vice president at PNC Financial Services Group, where she held various leadership positions, including head of risk analytics, leader of the Basel Implementation program, head of model validation, chief performance officer and head of credit portfolio management. Dil serves on the board of the Safura Khatun High School for Girls, Bangladesh.

Lori Steele

Managing Partner, Global Business Services, North America

Lori Steele is Managing Partner leading IBM Global Business Services for North America. GBS is IBM’s professional services division and the world’s largest consulting organization offering management consulting, systems integration and application management capabilities. Steele sets GBS North America’s strategic direction and is responsible for client relationships and operations in the U.S. and Canada. Under her leadership, the GBS team engages with corporations, government agencies and educational institutions to help them achieve competitive advantage through business transformation and innovative technology solutions including Cloud, Analytics, Mobile, Social and Security. She has held numerous executive leadership roles in IBM, including recently serving as General Manager, IBM Global Process Services.

Roselinde Torres
The Boston Consulting Group
Senior Partner

Roselinde Torres is a New York-based senior partner in the People and Organization practice of The Boston Consulting Group and serves as the firm’s global head of Leadership. In 2009, she was named a BCG Fellow to encourage pioneering thought leadership. She also has served as a member of the Americas Leadership Team. Torres has advised over 200 CEOs as well as numerous senior executives and boards on issues of executive leadership, talent management, organization design, culture change and large-scale transformation. She has consulted across a wide range of industries including consumer products, financial services, healthcare, industrial goods, private equity, retail and technology. She has also advised leaders in the public and social sectors.

Paula is a Vice President at Impact Advisors, leading the Strategic Implementation Practice. With over 30 years of experience implementing and managing healthcare information technology projects, Paula is an accomplished and most talented Executive Program Manager. Her depth of experience with leading electronic health record (EHR) and revenue cycle systems projects, combined with her operational change management skills, allow her to work across a variety of venues and in challenging settings. She has been credited with turning around numerous EHR implementations and driving them to success. Prior to joining Impact Advisors, Paula was an Implementation Director in the Cerner practice for a large healthcare consultancy.

Nicola Johnson
Deloitte Consulting

Nicola Johnson is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP. With nearly 19 years of international consulting and retail industry experience, she brings industry-leading insights and innovative solutions that help give clients the confidence to tackle their toughest issues. She has led complex global business transformations which generated strong market, operational, and project results for large, retail and consumer business clients across the globe and has a strong focus on enterprise transformation, technology value and strategy. Johnson is also dedicated to improving representation of diverse practitioners at Deloitte and served as the national diversity and inclusion leader for her industry group. Her external affiliations include National Association of Women’s MBAs, Network of Executive Women, and National Retail Federation.

Amy Matsuo
Principal, Financial Risk Management

Amy Matsuo is the National Leader of KPMG’s Financial Services Enterprise-wide Compliance and Consumer Regulatory Practice. She leads the firm’s consumer regulatory and enterprise-wide compliance management, program development and reviews for the financial services industry, including risk and control build and testing, risk governance, monitoring and reporting and third party management oversight and controls. She directs a team focused on regulatory and consumer protection compliance assistance that serve large financial services clients. Matsuo is a frequent national presenter and is both published and quoted on consumer regulatory topics, the CFPB, enterprise-wide compliance programs, and fair banking and conduct practices. She has also provided subject matter knowledge and guidance to leading financial institutions on compliance programs and risks.

Michelle Sirott

Michelle Sirott is the top-ranking executive for Point B’s Phoenix practice and has been with the firm for 15 years. During her tenure, Sirott has increased revenue, headcount, and the firm’s service offerings for clients…all while maintaining the long-term client partnerships that have served as a foundation for the office since 2004. She guides a fast-growing team of experienced consultants by aligning their individual interest around the needs of the organization to accomplish amazing things for Point B clients…and the Phoenix community. Under her leadership, more than 20 percent of Point B Phoenix consultants serve on professional and non-profit boards, and she hosts two professional peer communities that brings more than 50 local leaders together to deepen their knowledge and expand their networks.

Sarah Duffy leads Slalom Consulting’s Organizational Effectiveness practice in San Francisco, the largest OE practice across Slalom’s global network of offices where everything she does is motivated by helping her team, clients and their organizations achieve their potential. In addition to amplifying and developing the passions and talents of her team, she has built a deep portfolio of clients who invite her to support their most important strategic and operational organizational questions. Prior to joining Slalom, Sarah resided and worked across Latin America for 12 years, developing business and personal ties in Brazil and Colombia. Upon returning to the U.S., she worked as a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Talent and Organization group.

Jennifer Koehler

Jennifer Koehler is a Partner in PwC’s Power & Utilities Advisory practice with over 14 years of experience working in the industry. She leads PwC’s largest transformational initiatives through multiple disciplines—finance, tax, IT, risk management and operations—and has served over 20 power and utility companies in her career. Koehler leads financial organization transformations for her clients, spanning all business processes and supporting technologies in corporate accounting, capital accounting, external financial reporting, internal management reporting, income tax, property tax and financial planning & analysis functions. She also contributes to tax repairs sustainability assessments, assisting integrated regulated gas and electric utilities with determining the appropriate and sustainable solutions for tax repairs deductions.

Gordana Radmilovic
West Monroe Partners

Gordana Radmilovic is a Manager in West Monroe’s Advanced Analytics practice. With six years of experience, she focuses on delivering results with integrity which has contributed to her success in the consulting industry. Leveraging her outcome-oriented approach, she led complex, multi-million dollar transformational engagements for Fortune 500 companies across various industries (Insurance, Healthcare, M&D, and Private Equity). She supports clients through visioning and strategy definition phases, she pays particular attention to aligning the organization’s values with their vision, which accelerates change adoption and ensures success. Truly passionate about developing and engaging people, Radmilovic dedicates a large part of her time to mentoring younger consultants and is also a leader on West Monroe’s Women’s Committee.
