A.T. Kearney grew its global partnership by 45 partners in 2013, an increase of 12 percent over the last year. The firm elected 29 new partners during the second half of the year, attracting 12 experienced partners to join the firm from other consulting firms or industry and promoting 17 new partners from within the firm.
|A.T. Kearney now has 314 partners in 58 offices across 40 countries. Seventeen of the newly elected partners were principals with A.T. Kearney who were promoted during the firm's year-end partner selection process. A.T. Kearney has grown its partner ranks and global revenue by more than 50 percent since 2006, says Johan C. Aurik, managing partner and chairman of the board of A.T. Kearney.
