Sapient's Solution Helped An ISP Deliver Sapient | Approach, Sapient's proprietary agile development process, helps businesses solve problems but stay transparent with what Daniel Du Toit, director at Sapient, calls an "an inherently better way to plan, deliver and maintain technology solutions." Challenge: U.K. Internet service provider Be*Unlimited needed to automate its core business processes, including customer acquisition, billing and resource management.

Solution: Sapient responded with new iterations of its custom J2EE application every four weeks. This system allowed for significant opportunities for feedback from the client throughout its initial use. Result: Be*Unlimited was ready within five months' time with a solution that supported several hundred thousand customers and integrated with third-party interfaces. "Sapient delivered on its promises, proving its unrelenting commitment to our success and operating as a real part or our team. Its speed of execution was second to none," remarks Dana Pressman, managing director of Be*Unlimited.
