Senior Partners Stephan Keese and Gareth Hayes Appointed to Top Roles
Roland Berger, a global management consulting firm, has announced changes in its top leadership roles in the USA. Stephan Keese, Senior Partner at Roland Berger, has been named Managing Director Roland Berger USA. Additionally, Senior Partner Gareth Hayes has been named Deputy Managing Director Roland Berger USA.
Keese succeeds Robert Henske in the Managing Director Roland Berger USA role. Henske resigned from this position to ensure a strict personnel separation of the management and the Global Supervisory Board; he will continue to exercise his Global Supervisory Board mandate. Further, he will remain with the consultancy in his continued capacity as Senior Partner, leading the firm's global Chemicals practice.
