Therese Juda is a Senior Principal at Infosys Consulting with more than 20 years of experience across government, digital health, banking, innovation, and the not-for-profit sector. She specializes in leading complex transformation programs that enhance service delivery, uplift organizational capability, and create sustainable, people-centered outcomes. Before moving into consulting, Therese spent over a decade in banking, holding leadership roles at a Big Four Australian bank where she led teams and delivered operational, process, and customer-experience improvements.
She transitioned into consulting through an MBA at the University of Sydney and went on to work with CSIRO in the innovation sector, supporting research-driven initiatives, corporate venturing, and the development of new programs. She also held a strategic implementation role with a veteran-focused not-for-profit, strengthening service models for vulnerable communities and leading their submission to the Productivity Commission for Veteran-Centric reforms.
Since joining Infosys Consulting, Therese has focused on major public-sector transformation initiatives, particularly in digital health. Her work includes capability uplift, operating model design, and improving coordination across large and complex delivery environments. Known for her structured, collaborative approach and ability to engage diverse stakeholders, Therese brings cross-sector insights that enable innovative and practical solutions for large-scale transformation programs.
