Steve is Global Head of Brand & Business Consulting at M+C Saatchi Consulting, where he helps organizations translate brand strategy into measurable business growth. With more than 15 years of experience across the US and UK, he advises some of the world's most iconic brands—including Google, Nike, Reckitt, Toyota and Disney—on insight, innovation and enterprise growth strategy. Steve studied History at the University of Oxford, where he developed a passion for analytical thinking and research-led perspectives. He was drawn to brand and business consulting for its unique combination of commercial rigor and creative thinking—bringing together data, strategy and design to unlock the power of brands as drivers of growth.
He began his career at London-based brand consultancy The Clearing, working on brand transformation and strategy projects for global brands including McLaren and Fitness First. Steve joined M+C Saatchi in London in 2016 and relocated to New York in 2019 to help grow the firm's US consulting business. Since then, he has played a key role in scaling the practice while building deep client partnerships with brands including Google and Reckitt. Today, Steve leads the Brand and Business Consulting practice across M+C Saatchi Consulting's US and UK businesses.
