Scott Lamont is a managing director and head of Consulting Services for the Bank & Trust vertical at F2 Strategy. He brings deep expertise across enterprise technology architecture, data strategy, front-office advisory platforms and back-office operations, with particular specialization in fiduciary and trust institutions. Lamont previously served as chief technology officer for the Private Banking division at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), where he oversaw front-to-back technology strategy and application development. He also led corporate technology functions supporting HR, Compliance and Treasury and spent more than a decade building and implementing technology solutions for BBH's Investor Services business.
His career spans complex systems integration, regulatory-sensitive environments and enterprise-scale modernization initiatives, giving him a practitioner's perspective on digital transformation challenges within financial institutions. At F2 Strategy, Lamont leads a team of industry practitioners who deliver consulting services grounded in research and real-world implementation experience. He lives in New York City.
