Scott Eucker is a Managing Director at CrossCountry Consulting with over 20 years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity risk, SOX compliance, and internal controls advisory. He specializes in evaluating and strengthening IT general controls, business application controls, cybersecurity governance, and data integrity frameworks across regulated industries. Scott has led multiple SOX external audits and management testing programs, partnering closely with financial audit teams to assess the design and operating effectiveness of complex IT environments. He has also directed internal audit co-sourcing engagements, managed cross-functional teams, and delivered enterprise-wide IT control assessments, inclusive of cybersecurity and business continuity planning.
Beyond his technical expertise, Scott is deeply committed to developing people. Known as a strong mentor who shows up for his teams both personally and professionally, he invests time coaching, providing feedback, and creating growth opportunities, helping emerging professionals build confidence and deepen their technical capabilities.
He holds a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems and Operations Management from James Madison University and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Project Management Professional. He is an active member of ISACA and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
