Satya Rinaldi, known as Pak Tito, is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Veda Praxis, Southeast Asia's leading independent management consultancy specializing in Governance, Risk and Compliance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, with offices in Jakarta, Surabaya, Ho Chi Minh City, and Singapore. With over 25 years of professional experience, Satya Rinaldi began his career at Ernst and Young Indonesia and RSM Indonesia, developing deep expertise in IT Assurance and Strategic Advisory for financial institutions, government entities, fintechs, State-Owned Enterprises, and Self-Regulatory Organizations across Indonesia.
He holds a formal national appointment as IT and Digitalization Consultant to ASBANDA, the Association of Regional Development Banks of Indonesia, making him the primary architect of Indonesia's regional banking digital transformation strategy. He co-authored the Digital Transformation Blueprint BPD-SI and leads the multi-year BPD Go Digital program that operationalizes it across all 26 Indonesian Regional Development Banks.
Since 2017, he has been a regular national speaker on digital transformation, banking technology, and cybersecurity. His work directly contributes to Indonesia's financial inclusion goals and the Indonesia Emas 2045 national development vision.
