Sarah Duffy is the Market Lead for Slalom Northern California. During her 13+ year tenure at Slalom, Sarah has consistently expanded her impact. She built the Organizational Effectiveness capability in San Francisco from the ground up, successfully managed the largest customer account in the market, collaborated with Slalom's co-founder John Tobin to establish the innovative Business Advisory Services practice, and was product owner of the Business Transformation Enabled by Cloud (BTEC) offering which became a cornerstone of Slalom's AWS business and client success strategy. Recently, Sarah contributed to negotiating a key 360 strategic collaboration agreement for Slalom and actively supports the development of emerging technology partnerships.
Before joining Slalom, Sarah distinguished herself in consulting leadership positions at Accenture and prior, working in Brazil and Latin America. She holds an MS in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2014, she received the Women Leaders in Consulting award from Consulting Magazine. In 2022, she completed the Integral Leadership Program at the Stagen Leadership Academy. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys staying active with her husband, stepson and friends skiing, running trails, mountain biking, surfing and lifting heavy weights.
