Ryan McCormick is a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment at FTI Consulting. He engages and partners with clients to improve profitability, drive operational improvement and properly implement solutions. Mr. McCormick has partnered with organizations to drive performance improvement activities across a variety of industries, most frequently within retail and consumer products.

Mr. McCormick's work focuses on improving profitability across all aspects of the profit and loss statement (P&L), including direct negotiations with vendors, improving sourcing and procurement practices to reduce the cost of goods sold (COGS), gross-to-get trade promotions and target operating model redesign. He has partnered with these organizations in a variety of situations, including distressed and restructuring scenarios. Additionally, Mr. McCormick is a member of FTI Consulting's Global Pro Bono Advisory Committee and helps lead pro bono efforts within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.
