Payal Shah is a Managing Director within Protiviti's Technology Consulting practice with more than 18 years of business and technology experience in industry and consulting across a variety of industries. She co-leads Protiviti's global Workday practice and Workday Center of Excellence. Payal works with clients to design, implement and optimize Workday/Adaptive and other ERP systems to help them achieve their business goals. She leads the implementation of Workday Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll at large and mid-size organizations – helping them achieve scalable and sustainable results across their business operations.

Possessing considerable experience in driving business transformation and technology adaptation, Payal has a track record of managing and implementing complex full life-cycle ERP projects on time and on budget for Fortune 500 companies, multi-national organizations and non-profit entities. Prior to joining Protiviti, Payal was the Director of IT for a $1B+ multi-national corporation, responsible for North American IT strategy, applications, infrastructure/operations and governance. Payal earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree and MBA in Finance from M.S. University in India. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
