Paul has two decades of experience leading large teams and helping clients in the healthcare, banking, and life sciences industries. He has helped organizations create new revenue streams, build and operate scalable and sustainable organizations, develop growth and revenue management strategies, accurately forecast and build new business and global delivery models, manage capital and operating expenses, develop leadership, and create long-lasting business relationships. Paul has deep expertise in business development, service delivery, client relationship management, business process design, revenue cycle management, team and culture development, change management, and technology and automation.
During his career, Paul has built multimillion-dollar, revenue-generating divisions and established new revenue streams. He has led RPA initiatives and process reengineering engagements. Paul previously served as COO at Guidehouse India. Before that, he was general manager at AGS Health, a revenue cycle management company where he was part of the startup team, building and managing a team of 2,000 members in less than five years, and the manager of operations for Ajuba Solutions, a business process management company.
Paul holds an MBA from the Great Lakes Institute of Management and a BS from the University of Madras. He completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
