Niket Parikh is a strategy and transformation consultant with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex technology, infrastructure, and operational initiatives across public and private sectors. He is the founder of ARNIGO Consulting and has advised organizations including the New York Power Authority, American Express, Pfizer, Novartis, Eli Lilly, and Bristol Myers Squibb. Niket specializes in designing and operationalizing large-scale transformation programs, establishing Program Management Offices (PMOs), and aligning strategy with disciplined execution.
He has played a central role in supporting New York State's ConnectALL initiative, helping design and operationalize the Municipal Infrastructure Program - one of the nation's most ambitious public broadband infrastructure efforts. The program is supporting $295 million in investment and will expand connectivity to 90,000+ homes and businesses across the state. Earlier in his career, Niket led global transformation initiatives at American Express, including technology strategy and operational programs involving thousands of employees and multi-million-dollar technology platforms.
Niket holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Honors from Rutgers University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
