Nathan Rosenberg

Nathan Owen Rosenberg is a co-founding partner at Insigniam—and partner at Elixirr, Insigniam's parent company—and is a recognized pioneer in organizational transformation with more than four decades of experience advising senior leaders of global enterprises. Nathan was among the early architects of enterprise-wide transformation in the 1980s, helping redesign governance structures and align leadership across functional boundaries in major global corporations.
His advisory work spans industries including automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, technology, and advanced manufacturing. Before founding Insigniam, Nathan served as a naval aviator and officer in the U.S. Navy, executive officer to the U.S. Secretary of Defense, and national security advisor to the U.S. Senate Majority Leader. He later served as CEO of several enterprises, bringing direct operating experience to his consulting work.
He has received numerous honors, including a medal from the Secretary of Defense, leadership awards from the Boy Scouts of America, and recognition from the U.S. Air Force Academy, which established an award in his name for excellence in consulting. For the past 28 consecutive years, Nathan has been invited to speak at the U.S. Air Force Academy and frequently addresses government, academic, and business leaders worldwide.
