Naomi Newman is a Managing Director at Manatt Health, where she has spent over a decade advising the nation's most complex health care organizations on strategy, transformation and performance optimization. She is helping spearhead Manatt Health's Academic Medical Center and Health System capabilities, serves as a key member in its Health Technology practice, and advises Manatt Health's Director of Talent on the consulting practice's Learning and Development programming.
Naomi's expertise spans enterprise strategy and transformation, clinical enterprise redesign, AI and digital health strategy, and value-based care. She has published extensively on AI governance, health justice, and value-based care modernization, including a 2025 report on AI adoption in health delivery systems and a 2024 AI governance framework co-authored with a major academic health system. Prior to Manatt, she held consulting leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente's Permanente Medical Group and The Chartis Group. She holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, an MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a BA from Yale University.
