Michael Peterman, Senior Partner and the Head of Scaled Coaching and Development at RHR International, builds next-generation leadership solutions, each of which is grounded in science and research. Michael's vision is to empower leaders to make a greater impact on their organizations, improve their quality of life and ultimately solve the world's biggest problems. Michael focuses on scalability as he helps leaders adapt to changing, complex and challenging roles. His experience as an internal business leader, combined with his expertise in psychology, makes him uniquely qualified to build programs that focus on the capabilities most critical to success in executive roles.

Michael graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with his B.A. in Applied Psychology as well as the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Prior to joining RHR, Michael developed executive coaching processes for industrial Fortune 500 company Novelis, and completed a Pre-Doctoral internship at Duke University Medical Center where he created a training protocol to cultivate interpersonal effectiveness and emotional competence among executives and senior managers.
