Matthew DeMarsico, Director, Consulting, Market Performance Group.

Matt is a strategic, commercial leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth across leading global health and wellness brands. He currently serves as Director, Strategy & Business Consulting at Market Performance Group (MPG), where he specializes in sales strategy, price pack architecture, MAP governance, and commercial transformation.

Prior to MPG, Matt held senior leadership roles at Haleon (formerly GSK/Pfizer Consumer Healthcare), Johnson & Johnson, and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. Most recently, as e-Portfolio, New Channels & Amazon GVM Director, Global Digital Commerce at Haleon, he led global eCommerce portfolio strategy, piloted 25+ purpose-built eCommerce packs, partnered with Amazon's Global Vendor Management team to unlock growth, and drove initiatives such as Amazon Climate Pledge Friendly certification across 30+ SKUs. Earlier roles spanned Sales Strategy, Brand Management, Business Development, and Demand Planning across brands including Advil, Emergen-C, ThermaCare, Band-Aid, Carefree, and Listerine.

Matt holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from NYU's Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland.
