Justin Greis is the Founder and CEO of acceligence, an AI-powered management consulting firm with deep expertise in technology, cybersecurity, risk, and strategy. He advises executives and boards on how to modernize technology, strengthen resilience, and turn risk into competitive advantage. Prior to founding acceligence, Justin led the North America Cybersecurity Practice at McKinsey & Company, where he served CEOs, technology executives, and boards across industries on their most critical cyber, technology, and enterprise risk challenges. Earlier, he built and led global cybersecurity and technology transformation practices at EY, following senior consulting roles at Protiviti in Paris and in public sector advisory.
He began his career as a technology entrepreneur, founding and scaling a digital consulting firm. Justin previously served on the faculty at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, teaching award-winning technology courses. He currently serves as a Trustee on the Executive Committee and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Ravinia and is a member of the Dean's Council at the Kelley School of Business.
He is a frequent speaker and published author on cybersecurity and technology strategy. Justin holds a BS and MBA from Indiana University, an executive certificate from Harvard Business School, and multiple industry certifications.
