The 2026 Top Consultants: John Hawkins

John Hawkins is the President and CEO of Management Performance International dba MPI Consulting which he acquired in 2011. John has worked for and with some of the world's leading blue-chip companies such as Procter & Gamble, Kellogg's, Novartis, Glendinning Management Consulting, Revlon, PPG, Roche, Macy's, Mattel, SVZ and many others where he has helped leaders accelerate their business performance by improving their strategies; developing their people and pragmatic implementation solutions. During seventeen years at P&G, John progressed through the company in positions of greater responsibility in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations and International where he was Head of Sales for P&G's business in Brazil. Following P&G, he joined Kellogg's as VP of Sales, Central US.

After Kellogg's, John became Senior Vice President of Sales for Novartis Medical Nutrition's Acute Care and Home Care division. During this time, he and his team were responsible for preparing the business for sale to a competitor. John then joined Glendinning Management Consulting as VP of Consulting, Americas where he became known for his expertise in the areas of strategy development, organizational effectiveness and capability development. John is the proud father of four children and a graduate of the University of Mississippi.
